Residential Conversion | Five Luxury Apartments
This project involved the sensitive transformation of a large detached house into five contemporary apartments. The scheme maximises the potential of the existing property through the conversion of the loft and basement, alongside carefully designed rear extensions. The design combines thoughtful spatial planning with high-quality finishes, creating elegant, functional homes while enhancing the building’s overall character and making efficient use of the existing site.
