Roof Extension & Refurbishment | Lordship Lane, Dulwich Estate
This project involved the considered extension of a family home on Lordship Lane, within the Dulwich Estate. The design focused on creating additional living space through a sensitive roof extension, carefully balancing the needs of modern family life with respect for the property’s existing character and architectural context. Particular attention was given to the scale, proportions and detailing of the new addition, ensuring it sits harmoniously within the established streetscape while enhancing the functionality and long-term potential of the home.
