New Build Residential | Clairview Road, Wandsworth
This project involved the design of a new single-storey detached home in Wandsworth, South London. The scheme makes efficient use of a compact site to create a thoughtfully designed contemporary residence, prioritising natural light, spatial efficiency and comfortable modern living. Sustainability was central to the design, incorporating a green roof, photovoltaic panels and high-performance thermal construction to meet the latest energy efficiency standards. The result is a considered, low-energy home that combines a simple architectural approach with a strong emphasis on environmental performance.
